
A cross breed between the Kaluga sturgeon and Amur sturgeon that is also native to the Amur River. Caviar from the hybrid sturgeons are truly unique as they embody the qualities of both Kaluga and Amur in terms of flavour and size. It matures in 7 to 9 years.
Colour: Dark brown to lighter brown.
Flavour: Slightly briny with buttery finish.
